NIVEA India has appointed Richa Gupta as Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for sales and e-commerce.

Gupta has over 10 years of experience in the HR domain and has worked in FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing industries. Her skills in HR business partnering, talent management, organisational design, talent development, leadership hiring, talent acquisition, and campus hiring have helped her become a prominent face within the HR field.
Prior to joining NIVEA India, Gupta was a part of Hershey India from May 2023 to February 2025 as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources. She also worked for Dabur India from April 2021 to April 2023 as Human Resources Lead – West.
For over four years, Gupta was a part of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, having joined the company as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Campus in November 2016. In September 2019, she became the Group Manager for Learning and Talent Management and an HR Business Partner, and then was given the role of Lead Human Resources – West Zone in December 2020.
In the past, Gupta has also worked for Reliance Industries, Eaton, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). She has an MBA degree in HR management/personnel administration from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a B Tech degree in biomedical and instrumentation engineering from Ganpat University. Gupta has an avid interest in yoga, badminton, travelling and reading. She tries to adhere to Mahatma Gandhi’s saying, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
