Rane Group has appointed Kannan Srinivasan as Associate Vice President of Human Resources for its Steering and Linkage Division, effective February 2025.

Srinivasan is known for his ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments. His skills in communication, coordination and people management have made him a leader that Rane Group has eagerly welcomed with open arms.
Before Rane Group, Srinivasan was a part of Bharat FIH as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, having joined the company in March 2022. From January 2020 to February 2022, he served as Senior Human Resources Generalist for Amperex Technology.
Most notably, Srinivasan worked with Flextronics Technologies for over 12 years. He was a part of the company from September 2007 to December 2019 and achieved the rank of Senior Director, Regional Human Resource Business Partner by the time he left.
Srinivasan has also worked for Syngene International, Indus League Clothing, Cox & Kings, and WS Telesystems. He holds a master’s degree in HR from Pondicherry University and a post-graduate diploma in Hindi-to-English translation from Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha.
